His Excellency Hussein Abdi Duale, the Republic of Somaliland Minister for Energy, spoke to students and staff of the Padova Engineering University, Italy, on opportunities for the exploitation of energy elements in Somaliland.
He spoke in length of how plentiful Somaliland has of wind and sun as well as other utilizable elements such as flood water and oceans that are under-exploited despite the dire need of country for renewable energy, wind power and the like.
