Dahabshiil bank International staff on Wednesday concluded three days training on top quality management in banking which was facilitated by UAE based Al Amanah Consultancy Limited which specializes in providing consultancy services in the field of Islamic banking and finance, Takaful (Islamic Insurance), Sukuk (Islamic bonds), Islamic funds, Waqf (endowments), etc.
Ms. Khadija Abdullahi Walaleeye Quality Assurance Manager speaking during the closing ceremony of the three days training said, “First I want to thank all who attended this training and Mr. Ismail Aden for facilitating it.
“As we all know, the scope of business activities of DBI is expanding that is why we have initiated a number of steps aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of our services in all areas of operations”, she stated.
DBI Quality Assurance Manager further added, “Quality Assurance is a new way of managing: to improve the effectiveness and flexibility of the bank as a whole. To attain the highest level of customer satisfaction, a Quality Assurance Department has been established at Head Office of DBI.
Ms. Khadija Abdullahi Walaleeye lastly said, “Quality Assurance is not only the responsibility of the said department but it is the responsibility of each and every staff member of DBI, that is why we have held this training and why we will be holding others in the future, without your commitment and cooperation nothing can be done.
