The interim regional state parliament of Jubaland has said it has cut all its working relations with central government in Mogadishu.

The decision comes after National Assembly passed motion of no confidence against regional state parliament on Saturday.A press statement from Jubaland interim administration regional state has accused the central government of bypassing and sabotaging federal constitution by disbanding its interim parliament through national parliament.

The statement said the Somali national assembly move will not affect their operations and urged its representative in central government to return back for consultation.

Semi-autonomous regional state of Puntland has previously embarked on such move by cutting ties with central government in Mogadishu after politically motivated disagreement last year.

Experts say this move will affect the ongoing implementation of federal system in the country.
