Sool Provincial governor has accused Puntland regional administration of fueling the clan fighting in Qoriyoley which is part of Sool region, today.
The governor has called on the two clans to end the hostilities between them.
He showed his sorrow for the skirmishes to happen between the two clans that inhabit the area.
He said that Puntland was behind the killing of innocent civilians in Qoriyoley and added that soldiers with battle wagons were part of the infighting.
He revealed that the soldiers crossed into Somaliland murdering innocent civilians and went on to say that they will held accountable.
He spoke with loud voice by calling on the clans to end the enmity and keep the peace and stability.
