Below is a copy of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Somaliland, Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud “Siilaanyo”, to Hon. David Cameron, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, on the eve of the country’s 25th anniversary of the rebirth of its independence on 18 May 2016.
The letter was handed to PM Cameron at 10 Downing Street, London, the same day the Republic of Somaliland was celebrating its Silver Jubilee anniversary all over the country.
