The famous Somali cartoonist Amin Amir (Amin Arts) has drawn a cartoon depicting UN special Representative to Somalia Nicholas Kay as the shadow president of Somalia. In the cartoon Nicholas Kay is drawn delivering speech saying: “Our predictions for 2016 elections should occur how we designed it”.
The cartoon also shows two elderly Somali men responding to Nicholas Kay’s speech.
The first man says: “did he forget that Somalia is a sovereign nation” while the other one responds: “He is the real shadow Somali president”.
