The Lasanod Municipal Council has been supplied by the ministry of energy and technical appliances needed to establish the solar electricity supply for the town’s street lighting.
While unloading the implements, the mayor Cllr. Osman Suleiman Jama thanked the government for availing the implements for his municipality saying that they would go down well in advancing the town’s security management hence likewise serve as a major face-lift in the beautification of the area.
The same was echoed by the town’s executive secretary Mr. Abdi Khaire Dirir and several Councillors who were on the stand by the downloading of the bulky metal posts.
He advised the residents to step-up the payments of obliged taxes such that the development aspects of various facets may be realized in the dispensing of important public social services
