Kuwaiti doctor named advisor at Arab League’s arbitration body

The Kuwait Medical Association (KMA) announced Saturday a new post prominent for Dr. Hussein Al-Khabbaz, being chosen as first Kuwaiti doctor to be a medical advisor at the international arbitration committee of the Arab league’s Arab Union of Arbitration.

Being granted this eminent post, after being appointed as Goodwill Ambassador by the United Nations, reflects positively on image of Kuwait and its doctors, said the KMA in a statement.

For his part, Dr. Al-Khabbaz dedicated this achievement to Kuwait and expressed gratitude to the Arab League for the confidence in him.

He stressed on the importance of the independent “Arab decision-making and researching.”
